With so much of our green space being lost to housing, it is heart-breaking to hear stories of children who just don’t get the opportunity to explore, enjoy and understand nature. Being able to spend just a few hours outdoors has been proven to be beneficial to a child’s physical and emotional wellbeing.
I am incredibly proud to be able to call myself a Forest School Leader/Practitioner as it gives me the opportunity to reach out and help the youngsters in my community to learn, play and create magic in an natural environment. I consider working with Mother Nature to deliver these experiences the greatest privilege.
