LISTEN!!!

Nature is an outstanding therapy, a vitamin!

But, how can we use it and how is the wilderness an adaptor of vitamins? Let’s find out shall we?

Our beloved wilderness has sounds, crackles, smells and beautiful sights so that are you waiting for? After this section of the blog and you have read it, get out of your house/seats and either do something for your wellbeing or nature.

I have jotted down a list of activities for you to do with your family and friends; make sure to tick them….

  • Go outside into the wilderness and draw what you can hear (only nature)
  • Plant a tree or flowers
  • Have a mud bath
  • Go litter picking
  • Make a den
  • Recycle plastic bottles (eg make a plant pot out of it)
  • Make a poster about nature
  • Donate money to charity
  • Hug a tree
  • Climb a tree (you might be in your retirement but give it a go)
  • Buy free range foods
  • Cycle to places (eg. your school or local shop)
  • Eat veggies (I should do that as well!!)

NOW GET OUTSIDE!!!
